Vita Jam - also known as Chyawanprash in Sanskrit - is an authentic Ayurvedic dietary supplement with origins dating back to around 3000 BC.
According to Ayurveda, Chyawanprash is an excellent immune boosting, antioxidant and cell rejuvenating preparation that has been used as a family tonic in India since ancient times. Chyawanprash is a dietary supplement rich in vitamin C, a complex blend of Amla fruit (Emblica officinalis, Indian gooseberry) and 43 herbal extracts.

The Indian Gooseberry (Amla)*:
The main ingredient in Vita Jam (Chyawanprash) is the Amla fruit (Emblica officinalis, Indian gooseberry), which is the fruit of a plant native to India. Amla is a valuable source of vitamin C, an excellent antioxidant, cell protector and anti inflammatory. Each 100 g of amla fruit contains 470-680 mg of natural vitamin C. Amla is rich in minerals (e.g. calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium), carotene, carbohydrates, thiamine and riboflavin, fibre, and antioxidants (polyphenols and flavonoids). Numerous studies have shown that it can be used to increase the body's resistance and prevent infectious diseases.

COMPOSITION:
Emblica Officinalis (Amla) - 47,493% / Sugar - 34,353% / Honey - 6,201% / Sesame oil - 1,155% / Other herbal ingredients - 10,743% (Pueraria Tuberosa, Piper longum, Dioscorea Bulbifera, Withania Somnifera, Asparagus Racemosus, Elettaria cardamomum, Clerodendrum Phlomidis, Oroxylum Indicum, Gmelina Arborea, Stereospermum Suaveolens, Solanum Indicum, Solanum Surattense, Desmodium Gangeticum, Uraria Picta, Tribulus Terrestris, Phaseolus Trilobus, Teramnus Labialis, Piper Longum, Pistacia Integerrima, Phyllanthus Niruri, Vitis Vinifera, Leptadenia Reticulata, Inula Racemosa, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum, Terminalia Chebula, Tinospora Cordiofolia, Curcuma Zedoaria, Cyperus Rotundus, Boerhavia Diffusa, Elettaria Cardamomum, Nymphanea Stellata, Adhatoda Vasica, Glycyrrhiza Glabra, Syzygium Aromaticum, Mesua Ferrea, Cinnamonium Tamaa, Cinnamonium Zeylanicum.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Two teaspoons a day for adults and half a teaspoon for children (depending on age) twice a day, morning and evening. It can be taken with a glass of milk or water, or spread on bread or biscuits.
SIDE EFFECTS, CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Chyawanprash is safe for all ages (including young children).
It is not recommended during pregnancy.
Due to its high sugar content, it is not recommended for diabetics and the sugar content of the product should be taken into account. In 100 g of product: 72 g carbohydrate, of which 65 g sugar.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
