Blanka Csizmadia

Since I was about 2-3 years old, I have been absorbing the traditional, thousand of years old knowledge of Ayurveda. My godmother, Ágnes Csizmadia (Ayu.Tud.Dr.), is the only Ayurvedic therapist and teacher in Hungary with an original Indian diploma, who teaches in Hungarian.
I was fortunate to have been integrated into the lifestyle guided by the knowledge she represents, within my family. Since my early childhood, I have been practicing ayurvedic daily routine, breathing exercises, yoga therapy methods, and ayurvedic detox programs. I prepare almost all of my meals myself. Together with my partner, we strive to follow the healthiest lifestyle possible.

I work at two locations: in Szeged at Gogol Street 31, and in Szentes at Horváth Mihály Street 4/B, at the Aryan Ayurvedic Health Education Center founded by Ági.
I am enchanted by the opportunity to help those who turn to me, both with therapeutic practices and my recommendations. My goal is to ensure a better quality of life and a healthier existence. After completing each course, more and more knowledge unfolds before me, and I see the universe in an increasingly complex way. Wonderful transformations take place during my treatments.
