What Dr. Sipos says about herself: “I graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. I was attracted to the veterinary profession from a very young age. I had consciously prepared myself to treat animals since primary school. I was accepted to the university immediately after graduation.
During my studies I regularly visited the veterinary hospital in Nyíregyháza to learn and to help. It was here that I learnt the basics of patient care. From the beginning I was interested in alternative medicine. Most of the time I prefer to use natural products and I am open to try all kinds of new treatments. Those I find useful I incorporate into my treatment protocols. After my state examination I worked as a staff veterinarian at the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Veterinary Hospital until 2009. I learned a lot, I worked a lot.
I started my own business in 2009. I ran several practices in addition to my countryside practice. The shortage of staff also affected our profession, so I had to close several of my rural practices. At present I run a small veterinary practice in Nyíregyháza and a small practice at my home in Nyírpazony.
Our profile is basic outpatient care and basic soft tissue surgery with the addition of alternative therapies. I also use various herbal supplements and homeopathic preparations in my treatments when I can and when I feel it is appropriate. I passed the International Veterinary Homeopathic Examination in 2007, and I am involved in the running of the Alternative Veterinary Section of the Hungarian Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons, the organisation of alternative faculties and continuing education courses at universities. If you have any health problems with your animal, please do not hesitate to contact me!”
